For the moment, we only sell 1 product – the law database Paragraf Lex. This is a computer software that, simply put, contains the legislative documents of Serbia.  In addition to this, Paragraf Lex has other products within itself that cannot be sold separately, and are free with the subscription to Paragraf Lex.

  • LAW DATABASE PARAGRAF LEX - Paragraf Lex contains: legislation, court decisions (jurisprudence), foreign court decisions, European Union as well as other foreign legislation, legal interpretations and opinions, official opinions, customs tariffs, templates (forms) for:

    - creating various contracts,
    - commencement and conduction of court and other proceedings,
    - foundation, change of status, change of legal position and reorganisation,
    - creation of general and specific acts.

    PARAGRAF LEX is the only legal database with daily updates which means that the database can easily be updated using internet without the need to use update CD's.

    All texts are in electronic form.  The Gazette is published as part of Paragraf Lex.

  • BUDGET INSTRUCTOR e-magazine for all those that come within the official Government budget.  It deals with budgetary law and accounting, containing everything needed for users of the government budget to run their institutions lawfully – we achieve this by: giving law-economic instructions to our subscribers, informing them of the latest developments, giving expert comments and opinions, answering their questions and publishing opinions of the administrative organs as well as models and templates.

  • TAX AND ACCOUNTING INSTRUCTOR, e-magazine dealing with taxes, accounting, salaries, financial and employment law.  It focuses on explaining hot topics and some unclear or controversial areas of law, from a tax and accounting point of view.  Its aim is to make planning for tax duties and dealing with accounting policies and book-keeping easier.  It does this by enabling our clients to act within the legal framework of the Republic of Serbia.

This is the database of government procurements with the advanced search options. It is updated daily and published as a part of the legal database Paragraf Lex.

What is Paragraf Lex?

Paragraf Lex is a legal database which is made up of a large number of thematically connected documents needed for lawful business running.  It is useful for all in the law related sphere of business but also for the financial sphere as well as all other aspects of a company.  The law database is in fact a computer program filled up with various types of documents and daily updating with new documents.  It is installed on a user’s computer, and so the user can access the database at any time without the need for a permanent internet connection.  Internet is only needed for a brief time during the day when the database is updated (the user can update the database at their own convenience, at any time and does not have to update it every day, but can wait for a longer period of time during which the new documents will be accumulated and updated once the user presses the „update“ button).  Alternatively, updates can be done fortnightly or monthly using a CD, in cases of no internet connection.  This enables our clients to, on daily basis, learn about the newest legal developments within the legal system of Serbia. 

Some of the areas that we cover are: law, economy, finance, accounting, tax, foreign trade and other areas important for businesses (budgetary system, employment relations, accounting, bankruptcy, company liquidation etc.).

It is important to mention that Paragraf Lex, at its creation, did not have all these advantages. We are constantly growing and adding content and new useful tools and applications to Paragraf Lex, and they do not involve any additional costs to our subscribers.  In 2010, we improved the database with the Regulation Registry of all republic and selected muncipalities regulation, we added two calculator applications (for calculating court taxes and interest rates) and 2 new e-magazines – one for the users within the country’s budgetary system and the other one for all those dealing with taxes and accountancy.
