The idea of founding the legal software company with the main aim of overseeing the legislative work in its entirety, stems from the fact that there was a lack of available information in the form of both (hard copy) printed and electronic materials on the territory of our country (Serbia), which would daily, professionally and efficiently provide information about current law and its proper application.

  • Legal database PARAGRAF LEX has, over the years, obtained a highly admirable reputation among the large number of users because it offers competent legal support to businesses and has served as the guarantor of legal security.
  • Both of our companies, since their foundation (Paragraf Co almost 15 years ago and Paragraf Lex in the last 2 years) have been achieving extraordinary accomplishments in various fields, such as: increasing the number of employees and investing in development projects which rightfully gives us the role of the leader in providing legislative information and guidance towards its proper application, in a reliable, professional and timely manner.

    - foundation, change of status, change of legal position and reorganisation,
    - creation of general and specific acts.

    PARAGRAF LEX is the only legal database with daily updates which means that the database can easily be updated using internet without the need to use update CD's.

    The Electronic daily legal Gazette contains: professional comments regarding various laws and regulations, daily legal and economic news, as well as an interesting questions and answers section.
